Ho Hum

18 weeks to MDI

Still running but hardly training, yet...

Blogging has been a bit of a chore for some reason lately and so it's getting left on the back-burner.

More numbers: 48 miles last week in 6 runs with the longest at 11 and one 10k race

Sunday: 17 miles to start the week out right.

Time to figure out a plan.

I'm sure once the training starts getting a bit more serious the thoughts will flow again.

Good luck with your plan. Hey do you follow Rugby? We've got you national side down here playing a test match on Saturday. Good luck to them.

nice way to start the week Mike. We are in the same boat have start training for my fall marathons, but I think this is the last month I can get away with it.
