Brutal run on tired legs is my only description of this 12 mile 'long'' run with Andrew.
So this is Christmas

I've been a runner forever, mostly was just a few miles a week to keep in shape, but then discovered longer distance running. Now doing 2-3 marathons per year with Boston as the main event for the last 9 consecutive years. Hope to use this blog to inspire myself and communicate with others of a similiar bent.

I've had a couple of brutal runs lately and the worst thing is that there is no sense of acomplishment when they are over.
Great to see the video posts. Perhaps you could set a Boston record for the fastest time while shooting the entire run.
Love the videos! I was thinking about you guys today as I headed out into the wind.
Great job gettin' 'er done this morning!
Yeah, cool videos! Nice touch. Makes me want to upgrade my camera and do the same.
Looks cold out there! Happy New Year!
brrrr!!
It looks like we shared the same experience, although mine slightly warmer (tough day to be out). Nice video, well done!
snow, film and photos - you've got it all!!
cool video.. i dunno about the music..looking into that 100 pushup thing tomorrow
Thanks Mike - it's great to see where you run. Not sure about all that white stuff though - and how come you're dressed to go snow skiing?
One tip, maybe fade the music a bit when there's talking - those foreign accents are a tad hard to understand ;)
Now... our brutal 34C temp has declined to a comfy 27 or so... time to head out for an evening run!
